Food Combining Diet. Digestive Problems.
Food Combining Diet & Possible Digestive Problems.
I just want to say that a food combining diet works. I have lost over 17 kilos (approx 37 lbs. But, and this is a big but, after a while my weight loss started to get smaller each week. I know this is not uncommon but nevertheless I wanted to try and find out why. After some intense research I found out that the body can adjust to a new regime and the amount of weight we lose in any diet can decrease.
It seems there comes a point with some people who are actively dieting that the diet is not as effective as it was.
Whilst the food combining diet is probably the best diet to be on regarding digestion you still might come to a point where your weight loss isn’t as much as it was. My problem, so I discovered was a digestive problem.
This is quite common and easily rectified.
I had inadvertently veered to having a particular meal on a regular basis, sometimes as much as two or three times a week and this alone was starting to affect the amount of weight that I was losing.
I had a couple of options, one was to mix it up a bit and the other was to find some kind of digestive supplement that would bring me back on track. I don’t know about you but dieting is hard work and to change my routine would be a pain in the ass.
It’s becoming more common to add in a “free day” where you eat what you want for one day and a food combining diet is no exception. Sounds easy, but for me this was a no-no. I could see myself maybe having a few too many of these free days and start putting the weight back on.
I decided to hit the internet and find out whether there was a supplement that was both natural and not overly expensive.
There is so much stuff on the world wide web regarding supplements that I almost gave up. So instead of searching for “liver supplements” I decided to find companies that sold supplements which lead me to one particular company called Biotrust.
During my research I found another web site that opened my eyes to an unseen problem of being overweight and that is fatty liver disease(to read about this click here). I pretty much read everything on that site as I thought fatty liver disease was caused by alcohol abuse. This web site has a article on how digestion works and in the article a supplement called Absorbmax was mentioned.
This health supplement is both natural and inexpensive and it does what it says on the bottle.
To cut a long story short we need a variety of enzymes to digest our food properly and there are a number of reasons why we might not be able to produce sufficient quantities of these enzymes.
So if you are trying a food combining diet or any other diet and struggling to maintain your weight loss and if the reason isn’t you sneaking some of those high calorie foods then it may be a digestive problem in which case you will have everything to gain by using a supplement like AbsorbMax
