I have struggled with my weight pretty much all my life and at the age of 13 I was put on a diet to enable me to get down to what my parents thought was a desired weight. I then started to play football which kept me fit and my weight stayed down but as soon as I packed that in, lifestyle and socializing took over and I gradually put the weight back on.
At the age of 28 I started football again and that keep the weight down until at the age of 35 when I snapped a ligament in my leg which meant no more football or much of any exercise thinking about it. Obviously my weight started to creep back, so I dieted some more, stopped and then the weight creep back and so on.
For a while I put up with the fact that I was overweight and so what. One day someone I know mentioned that they managed to lose weight by going on a food combining diet. She explained that food combining was not actually a diet it was more of a lifestyle change. She went on to explain that there are no bad foods as such you just have to watch which foods you eat with each other.
That seemed easy enough to find out about so I did. Sometimes in life we just need a little bit of good advice and to apply it to out own situation.
I have put everything I have found out into this website in the hope that it will help others achieve their weight loss targets. I am still losing weight but I know that when I reach my target weight I will have the ability to control it better and that means everything to me.
Good luck and if I can be of any help feel free to contact me.
